She is the daughter of Telesphore Bard and Alexina Belisle. Her father is also listed as Philip Barr

In 1910 she lived with her parents in Fall River, She was a spinner in a cotton mill. The record is incorrectly indexed showing her age as 12, but she is 18. [1]

In 1920, she lived with her parents in Fall River. She was a salesgirl in a music store [2]

In 1930 she lived with her parents in Fall River. She was a clerk in a department store. [3]
