Biography
Barlow was born in 1900. He was the son of James Barger and Sarah Balch. He passed away in 1988.
When Barlow Coe Barger was born on June 30, 1900, in Cordell, Oklahoma, his father, James Melvin Barger, was 40 and his mother, Sarah Ann Balch Barger, was 40. He married Ollie Alder Brandon on February 16, 1919 in Hobart, Kiowa, Oklahoma and they had five children together. He died on January 15, 1988, in Hobart, Oklahoma, at the age of 87, and was buried there.
