Anne was born around 1652 (estimated, no record gives her an age).
She was the daughter of Jean Barillet and of Anne Boudinnier, of the parish of St-Sulpice, faubourg St-Germain (6ème arrondissement) in Paris, Île-de-France[1]
She arrived in the colony as a Fille du Roy, arriving in 1671, bringing goods estimated at 400 livres plus a gift from the king of 50, she could not sign.[1]

Guy Vacher, son of the late Guillaume Vacher and of Guillemine Vessonneau, of the parish of St-Pierre, city and diocese of Angers, married Anne Barillet, daughter of the late Jean Barillet and of Anne Boudinnier, of the parish of St-Sulpice, Faubourg St-Germain, in Paris, on 9 November 1671 in Notre-Dame de Québec, in the presence of Jean Poidras, Adrien Michelon, René Liet and Pierre Vacher (no relation), Henry de Bernières curé of Québec celebrating.[3]
The couple have a girl born to them on 22 September 1672, given lay baptism at birth by the midwife Hélène Desportes, the child buried on the 23rd at one day of age. [4]
Anne died after this birth, the exact date of her death is unknown. Guy entered into a marriage contract with Jeanne Masse on 10 September 1673, the contract was canceled on 17 November of the same year, there was no marriage.
