William was a Friend (Quaker)
William was born in 1796, [1] [2] the son of Lemuel and Mary Barker of Dartmouth.[3]
He married Susannah Potter, daughter of Abner and Sarah Potter of Dartmouth, on 8d 7m 1818.[3]
