Her father died in 1713, and left to his daughter, Grace Barker, one bay mare colt fanny with her increase as well as a dividend of the residual of his estate.[1]
Based on her will, she never married and had issue. Grace Barker of Southwark Parish county of Surry set her hand and seal to her Last Will and Testament on the 19th of February 1741 naming these legatees:
to my brother Josiah Barker...cousin Richard Barker my plantation with 300 acres of land more or less provided he shall let his brother John Barker have 100 acres when he comes of age...to my cousin, Josiah Barker...cousin Mary Bishop...if not return to Elizabeth Barker daughter of Josiah...my three cousins William, Joshua, & Joel Barker five shillings credit in a store a piece...give Mary Bishops son James...to Faith Barker...to Elizabeth Barker...constitute & ordain Richard Barker my sole executor.[2]
Her will was proven in court on the 15th day of May 1750 which suggests she died in 1750.
