Biography

Mary Barker was born around 1794.[1] She married James Saby in Eaton Socon on the 14th of August 1816. They were noted as bachelor and spinster, and witnesses were Wm Day and Richard Emery.

In 1824-5, aged 28, James was convicted for larceny and for stealing mutton. At this time, he was resident in Wyboston, Bedfordshire.[2]

James and Mary's son William and daughter Louisa were baptised on the 7th of September 1828 in Eaton Socon.[3][4] A third child, Sarah, was baptised on the 6th of September 1829.[3]

Mary died aged 36, and was buried in Eaton Socon on the 23rd of February 1830.[3]
