Biography
William was born about 1840 in England. He was the son of Matthew Barker and Mary Softly .[1]
He married Jane Phelps in 1865 in Lambton, Canada West (Ontario).[2] In 1881 he and Jane had seven children and lived on a farm in Moore, Lambton.[3]
He passed away about 1900. [4]
