Anonymous Paulien, could you please leave a little summary here in the comments explaining everything you know about her two last names? In other words, why are there two listed? Where did each come from? Which one do you think is correct and why? What insight do you have about this conundrum? Please tell us what you know, so we can have an idea of whether we are looking in the right direction. Thanks!
My initial search lead me to the family Search record where the LNAB was Barkley but it is now Barker. (Not sure if that is possible, or if I am crazy.)
This August I corresponded with some other users on the record and expressed my doubt about the Barkley LNAB. That is all I have at this moment that the name was ever Barkley on Family Search into 2022. Her LNAB is currently Barker on Family Search.
A published genealogy also uses Barker.

Oneida in Madison County wasn't chartered until 1901. Oneida County wasn't founded until 1798. Before then, the whole general area was referred to as Oneida in light of the Native tribe that lived there. There are lists of the founding families that do not include Barkleys or Barkers. Oneida included Jefferson County until 1805, and Jefferson County included Watertown. Also, I am not sure why Barker is an aka for Barkley. When looking up the surname Barkley it is associated with Barclays. When I lookup Barkleys in New York from the 1700s, they primarily first lived in Montgomery, Orange, NY., then there was a population of them in Monticello. I wouldn't be surprised if some moved up to Watertown from there. I am reading Sabrina was not a popular Colonial name, but it was used in a book in England. Whitmore is very English, so if her parents weren't from the Orange group (which is mostly from Ireland), I'd say they originated in England. There are Celtic tales with Sabrina, and it's also a German name, but judging by the son's name, I think the parents may have come from England.
The reference to "Archer" Beardsley on the 1855 census is a misreading of the handwriting. It is Aram and the person above is Polly and the "y" dips down into Aram's line. There is no "Archer".

I’ve wondered if she might be a Bowker as another possibility.
All this Barkly/Baker confusion made sense to me as I had just had a similar issue with my Small/Smalley family.
I hope this helps. Sorry for the delayed reply as I was caught in the great airline cancellation crush while traveling last week.
