John Barlow was born about 1775 in Culpepper County, VA, USA. He was the son of Jacob Barlow and Mary Fleshman.
He married his wife Priscilla Burris on Mar 5, 1796 in Washington County, KY, USA.[1]
John passed away about 1820.
