Martha was born in 1838. She was the daughter of Samuel Barlow and Martha Millard.
Martha Barlow married Lawrence Welch on 22 June 1854 in Clinton, Iowa, United States.[1]
In the 1880 census Martha (age 44), Keeping House, was the wife of Laurence Welsh in El Monte, Los Angeles, California, United States.[2]
She passed away in 1890. [3]
