Robert was born in 1875. He was the son of Robert Barlow and Ellen Marshall.
He passed away in 1955 and was interred at Bebington Cemetery.
- BARLOW-Sept 9, 1955, of 21 Woodchurch Lane Birkenhead, ROBERT BARLOW (late Birkenhead Corporation Housing Department). Cortege leaves Chapel of Repose, 73 Argyle St., on Tuesday next, at 1:15, for service in St. Paul's Church. Rock Ferry. at 1:30, prior to interment at Bebington Cemetery at 2.
