Biography
Laura was born in 1867.
Elijah E Rowland married Laura L Barnes, age 17, on 23 Mar 1884 at Washington County, Ohio. [1] Affidavit further says that he is the father of said Laura L Barnes, a minor, and hereby consents with her said marriage - John D Barnes.
She passed away prior to the 1900 census.
