Biography
Maud was born in 1886, the daughter of Simms Barnett (1853-1915) and Grace Laskie (1863-1941). [1]
In 1911, in Victoria, she married Hermann Melbourne Lindsay M Abrecht (1884-1963). [2]

- ABRECHT—BARNETT.—On the 10th October, at St. John's, Camberwell, by the Rev. T. Creswell and Mr. Fowler (curate), Herman Melbourne Lindsey Abrecht, eldest son of F. R. and Mrs. Ahrecht, of Uxbridge House, Auburn, to Maud May, eldest daughter of Sims and Mrs. Barnett, of "Gracieville," Auburn. At home, 7th November, "Araluen," Lennox-street, Richmond.
They had 2 children.
Hermann died in 1963.
