I thought I had correctly identified the parents of Lucy Webb Barnett based on this book, other entries on Ancestry, and records from the DAR. But then I see this entry says that her assumed parents have been disproven:

If possible, I would love to learn more about how this was disproven, and how her correct parents were identified. The citation given is for an American Presidential Families Book, but I'm not sure what it would be able to tell me.
