Uncertain why Edward is shown with a wife named Mary Waterhouse who was born at Halifax, Yorkshire 170 miles away from Walkern, Hertfordshire where this Mary Barnett was christened in 1612. The christening record does not show a mother's name. Also uncertain why he shows birth & death in Gloucestershire.
If this combination is attempting to provide a Barnett husband for the Mary Waterhouse asserted as mother of Alice Barnett who is in turn asserted as wife of John Pierce of Dorchester, Massachusetts (all claimed by Dodge in her Rogers genealogy but without source), then it seems to be a case of gluing together completely unrelated records to support an unsourced theory, and one that contradicts the known facts about Pierce. See Barnett-826 and Pierce -1305 for details.
The only Edward Barnett-ish marriage I could find at or near Walkern, Herts was on 7 Oct 1612 to Agnes Baldock "England Marriages, 1538–1973 ", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NJL7-QPD : 13 March 2020), Edward Burnett, 1612.

Now it turns out that the 7 Mar 1612 christening of his daughter Mary was actually 1612/13 (double year was not stated at familysearch but is in the original parish register at findmypast.co.uk here https://search.findmypast.co.uk/record?id=GBPRS%2FHERT%2F004947994%2F00363&parentid=GBPRS%2FB%2F71590628%2F1), the this is the mother of Mary Barnett, not "Mary Waterhouse" of Halifax.
