On 29 Aug 1819, Elizabeth daughter of James and Mary Barney of Skeyotn (shoemaker) was baptised at Skeyton. [1]
Marriage Banns and Marriage
The banns of marriage were published on October 16, 23 and 30th in 1836. The marriage should have taken place soon after. [2] However, it was not until 8 Jan 1837 that Joseph and Elizabeth finally tied the knot at Aylsham. They were both of the parish. Witnesses were George Spink and Anne Barney. [3]
