Andrew Jackson died April 19, 1909, in Forkston Township, Wyoming county, Pennsylvania . According to his death certificate, Jackson was a "Mill Man" and was killed on the job at 6 a.m. when a boiler exploded and due to the explosion a rock fell and hit him on the head and back. [2]
