He married Lydia James 20 Apr 1680 at Scituate.[2]
He passed away in 1689. He is buried in Second Church Cemetery, now in Norwell, Mass.[3]
His inventory was taken on 14 February 1688/89 in Scituate and recorded at Plymouth. Lydia, his widow made oath to the inventory on 5 March 1689 in Plymouth.[4]
