Roger Barrett is Notable.

Founding member of Pink Floyd.

The Pink Floyd song, "Shine on you Crazy Diamond" was a tribute to him.

In the film "Pink Floyd: The Wall," the scene in which Pink (played by Bob Geldof) shaves off his eyebrows (and eventually his whole body) was inspired by an actual incident in which Syd Barrett shaved his head and eyebrows.
