Daniel Barrington was born on 14 October 1792 in Limerick, Limerick, his father, Sir Joseph Barrington, 1st Baronet (1764-1846), was 28 and his mother, Mary Baggott (1766-1829), was 26.
He married Anne Williams (daughter of Richard Williams) on 22 October 1829.
They had four children during their marriage:
He was Clerk of the Crown, Limerick.
He died on 5 February 1842 at the age of 49, and was buried in his hometown.
