Fay Davis and Hazel Barrow were married 09 Dec 1916 in Adel, Dallas, Iowa.[3] He was the son of Daniel E Davis and Lovie M Clifton. She was the daughter of James W Barrow and Rosavelle Weaver.
In 1920 she was living in Des Moines Ward 1, Polk, Iowa.[4] The household included Fay Davis age 26 born in Iowa and wife Hazel Davis age 22 born in Missouri (sic). Fay was a bank teller.
In 1925 she was living in Polk, Iowa.[5] The household included Fay C Davis age 31, wife Hazel Jane Davis age 27, daughter Jean Fay Davis age 1, mother Lovie M Davis age 65 and sister Lenore Jean Barron age 21. All were born in Iowa except Lovie born in Illinois. Fay was the son of Daniel Davis and Lovie Clifton. Hazel and Lenore were daughters of James Barron and Rose Weaver. Lovie was the daughter of Samuel Clifton, born in Ohio, and Anna Reed, born in Ohio. Samuel and Anna were married in Peoria County, Illinois.
In 1930 she was living in Des Moines, Polk, Iowa.[6] The household included Fay C Davis age 36, wife Hazel J Davis age 32, daughter Jean F Davis age 6 and mother Lovie M Davis age 71. All were born in Iowa except Lovie born in Illinois. Fay was a bank auditor.
In 1940 she was living in Ward 1, Des Moines, Des Moines Township, Polk, Iowa.[7] The household included Fay C Davis age 46, wife Hazelle J Davis age 42 and daughter Jean F Davis age 15, all born in Iowa. Fay was comptroller at Des Moines National Bank.
She died 19 Oct 1940 in Des Moines, Polk, Iowa.[8]
She is buried in Resthaven Cemetery, West Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa.[9]
