Anne was the daughter of Thomas Barrow of Barningham in Suffolk. She married in 1570 Sir Ralph Shelton (or Sheldon) of Shelton in Norfolk and High Sheriff of that county.[1][2]
Lady Anne Shelton (Anne Barrow as was) married Sir Charles Cornwallis, as his second wife and her second husband, some time after 9 June 1585, when the marriage licence was granted.[3] She and Sir Charles had one daughter before Anne died in 1617 in Barking, Essex.[4]
