Biography

Pricey was born in 1882. She married Elijah Franklin McGuire in 1900 and was the mother of 9 children (see profile for Elijah for children's names).

Pricey was the daughter of George D. Barrow and Matilda S. Eanes. Pricey's sister, Bettie Lee, married Elijah's brother, Jonathan William McGuire.

She passed away in 1974 at the age of 91. Both Elijah and Pricey are buried in the McGuire Cemetery off Route 647 on Route 619, near Axton, VA in Henry County. .
