Biography

Sarah Barrow (married name Spring) was born around 1737 in Gloucestershire, England, the daughter of Hannah Barrow and James Barrow.^[1][2]

She was christened in 1739 at Wotton Under Edge, Gloucestershire.^[1]

She married Thomas Spring on 12 April 1773 in Painswick, Gloucestershire.^[3] Their children were:

• Daniel Spring (1775–1860)^[4]
• Mary Spring (1776?–?)^[5]
• Sarah Swinn Spring (1776?–?)^[6]
• Ann Spring (1778?–?)^[7]
• Thomas Spring (1780?–?)^[8]

Sarah died on 23 December 1803.^[2] Her remains were interred at St Mary's Churchyard in Painswick.^[2]
