Seth Barrows was born on January 31, 1773 in Plympton, Massachusetts to Seth Barrows and Abigail Atwood.
He married Ruth Atwood 27 January 1801 in Carver. [1] They had nine children, at least the five in Carver. Then the family moved to Lisle, Broome, New York where the younger children were born. [2][3] He was a farmer when he and Ruth appeared on the census of 3 Aug. 1850 at Lisle, Broome County, New York.[4]
He died 11 March 1858 in Lisle, Broome, New York and is buried in the Killawog Cemetery. [5]
