Biography
Delia was born in 1850. She was the daughter of John Barrows and Eliza Hooker.
After her marriage, Delia and Fred moved into the house where she was born on her parents' Donation Land Claim. (From the book "A Man is a Man: A Hooker Family Saga" by M. Overholser. She passed away in 1915.
