Obituary ( Bendigo Advertiser (Vic. : 1855 - 1918) Mon 12 Sep 1910 / Page 7 / OBITUARY) The remains of the late Mrs. Catherine Smith were interred in the White Hills Cemetery yesterday, the cortege, which moved from the residence of her son, Mr. William Smith, White Hills-road, being well attended. Messrs. J. Bourke, A. Monti, F. Gerber, and T. Beckett acted as coffin-bearers. The Rev. Father Ellis read the burial service. Messrs. Fizelle and Mulqueen were the undertakers. The deceased lady was a native of County Cork, Ireland, and leaves four sons and six daughters to mourn their loss.[2]
