Elizabeth Carver, and her twin sister Susanna, were baptized at Filby, Norfolk, England on October 15, 1618, daughter of Richard and Margaret (Skurrie) Carver. Her mother Margaret was buried in November, 1618, shortly after their births.[1]
Elizabeth traveled to New England with her father Richard and his then wife Grace (Walker), and twin sister Susanna.[1] They registered for passage from Ipswich England on the John and Dorethey, master William Andrewes in April 11, 1637, as follows:
They settled at Watertown, Massachusetts. Richard Carver's will, written December 18, 1638 and proved September 9, 1641, names his wife Grace and daughters Susanna and Elizabeth Carver.[1]
Elizabeth married William Randall c1640 in Scituate, Plymouth Colony, New England,[1] son of Simon Randall and Jane Stephens.[3][4]
Elizabeth's step-mother, Grace (Walker) Carver, remarried in New England to Micheal Barstow,[1] and in his will of June, 1674, Michael Barstow left bequests to Elizabeth, wife of William Randall, and Susan, wife of William Perry.[5]

Richard Carver, born c 1577 married 2nd Elizabeth after Nov. 1618. Elizabeth died and was buried December 1, 1622. Carver married 3rd, July 7, 1623, Grace Walker 1623 . Richard Carver died between Dec. 18, 1638 and Sept. 9, 1641 in Watertown.
His widow Grace Carver then married Michael Barstow in 1642 and Elizabeth and Susanna Carver were known as "Barstow."
