Frank Sylvester Bartlett married Carrie Minerva Emerson on July 4, 1875 in Andover NH. Eastman: History of Andover NH (online at openlibrary.org). Apparently no children were born to Frank and Carrie (census 1900 & 1910, family records).
Frank can be found in the US Censuses until 1930. One the picture scans of an August, 1938 Bartlett reunion has Frank in it.
