DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Christopher by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.

I'm not quite sure Christopher Bartlett of Bartlett's Island is the same Christopher Bartlett that fought in the Revolutionary War as you've cited. He would've been 44. In addition, the war record states that he was in the NH regiment.
Bartlett's Island was part of Massachusetts at the time.
This may need more research??
