In 1841 census Richard was age 10 living at Gosford Street, St Michael, Coventry, Warwickshire with father John (48), mother Elizabeth (46), sisters Elizabeth (16), Sarah (12), brothers John (14), Thomas (6), Henry (4). [2]
In 1851 census Richard was age 20 living at Gosford Street, St Michael, Coventry, Warwickshire with father John (59), mother Elizabeth (55), sister Elizabeth (26), brother Thomas (15). Occupation Loom Maker. [3]
Richard married Mary Ann Brindley in June 1852 at St Michael, Coventry. [4][5]
Richard is not found in the 1861 census.
In 1871 census Richard was age 40 living at Aston, Warwickshire with wife Mary Ann (45), sons Richard (16), Harry (11), John (9), Joseph (5), Robert (0), daughters Jane (14), Emma (3), also father-in-law Joseph Brindley (74). Occupation Joiner. [6]
Richard died in early-1877 age 46 at Aston, Warwickshire. [7]
