Evelina was born on 16 November 1855 in Raymond, Maine. Her parents were Stephen Bartlett and Deborah Strout[1].
She married Edward Haven Hall on 3 July 1883.
She passed away on 11 September 1936 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery in East Raymond, Maine[2].
