She married William Thomas Roberts on 27 January 1880 in Key West, Florida, in a ceremony performed by John B. Ley.[2]
Amelia died on 23 December 1953 in Tarpon Springs, Pinellas County, Florida,[3] and she is buried there in the Cycadia Cemetery.[4]
