Biography
Martha was born 6 April 1850 in Key West, Florida.[1] She was the daughter of John Bartlum and Sarah Lowe .
She married George B. Phillips on 22 May 1867 in Key West in a ceremony performed by Osgood E. Herrick, Rector of St. Paul's Church.[2]
Martha died on 21 December 1897 in Key West.[3] She is probably buried there in the City Cemetery.
