Biography

Amery Barton is one of the three daughters of Sir Gilbert Barton (nee Notton) of Barton and Cecily.[1][2] Her father assumed the Barton surname after inheriting his grandmother's estates.[2]

Amery was the first wife of Sir Roger Pilkington (b. abt. 1255 - d. 1322),[1][3] They had two (2) sons:[1]

I marked her mother as "Uncertain", since she could not have been her mother if she was really born in 1250. It seems more likely that her mother was Gilbert's first wife.
