Jane was born about 1763. Jane Lewis Hunt is the mother of Jane Hunt, born in 1803 and wife of James Hester, born in1792.

She passed away in 1840.

Jane Hunt (formerly Lewis or Bass) was born in 1763, according to Hunt researcher Jimmy Hunt, Jr... "William & his wife & all grown children moved from Pendleton District (currently Pickens County area) in about 1822 for Alabama. He sold his land on Doddys Creek in SC. So its likely most of his children were born in SC. I have located two descendants of this family."[1]
