OAKDALE, La., Oct. 23. - (Special) - Funeral services for Marion C. Bass, 70, of La Camp will be held at the Laurel Hill Baptist Church, the time pending the arrival of a son from the army, with burial in the adjacent cemetery, under the direction of Hargrove funeral home of Oakdale.

Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Susie Bass of La Camp; five sons, Jack Bass, Aubrey Bass, William Bass, Junior Bass, all of La Camp; Cecil Bass of the United States Army; two daughters, Miss Mary Lou Bass, and Miss Eula Mae Bass of La Camp; a sister, Mrs. Katie Williams, La Camp; and 10 grandchildren.
