Biography

Bryan Ronald Basset was born in 1932. He was the son of Ronald Lambert Basset and Lady Elizabeth Legge. He married Lady Carey Elizabeth Coke, daughter of Major Thomas William Edward Coke, 5th Earl of Leicester of Holkham and Lady Elizabeth Mary Yorke, on 30 April 1960. He died on 8 November 2010.

He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)
