Biography

Jessie was born about 1890 in Norfolk, New York to Edward Bastian and Orpha Pinney.[1] She died at age twenty of tuburculosis, having never married. She became a school techer but was only able to teach school for one year. When she passed away, she was buried in Bixby Cemetery, Norfolk, St. Lawrence County, New York.
