Biography

1776 Project
Sergeant David Batchelder served with 2nd New Hampshire Regiment (1775), Continental Army during the American Revolution.

David Batchelder was born 14 Nov 1742 in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire.[1]

He served in the Revolutionary War in Captain James Morris's Company, Enoch Poor's Regiment.[2]

He died on 8 Jan 1829 in Saco, Maine.[3]

He is buried in Batchelder's Plot Cemetery in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.[4]
