LeRoy Bates died young.

LeRoy Lambert Bates was born on August 4, 1890 in Nebraska, United States, son of William Francis Bates and Mary Jane (Lambert) Bates.

In 1900, LeRoy was living in household of William Bates (38) in Carleton, Thayer, Nebraska. [1]

LeRoy died on August 16, 1904 in Thayer of acute appendicitis. He was buried in Bethel Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Carleton, Thayer County, Nebraska.[2][3]
