Bates-8339 and Bates-1603 appear to represent the same person because: Similar dates, slightly similar name. Bates-8339 is unlinked and devoid of information. Use data from Bates-1603
Bates-13867 and Bates-1603 appear to represent the same person because: This is William Bates. Husband of M.Young, then A.Oates. It would be very helpful to have his given name of William used in place of John in Bates-1603.
