Charlotte (Batten) Whitlock was born in Wiltshire, England.
Charlotte was born in 1859[1] She was the daughter of Charles Batten and Caroline Haynes.
She was living with her parents and siblings in Farley, Wiltshire, England and she was attending school in 1871[2]
She married Arthur Whitlock in 1879 in Alderbury, Wiltshire, England[3]
She was living with her husband and son Hugh in Milton, Hampshire, England in 1881[4]
She was still living with her husband and 2 daughters in Brightwalton, Berkshire, England in 1901[5]
She was widowed and living with her daughter Dorothy in Newbury, Berkshire, England in 1911[6]
She passed away in 1940[7]
