Richard B. Batten was born on June 19, 1746 in Raccoon, Gloucester, New Jersey Colony. He was the son of Francis Batten .and Hannah Cheeseman. He passed away on September 2, 1808 in Woolwich, Gloucester, New Jersey, USA [1] Was also married to Mary (Unknown).
