Biography
Peter was born about 1726 in Berks, Pennsylvania, USA.
In 1738 Peter followed his brother Christian and moved to the Alleghaney Valley, near his brother Jacob, where he built the first hemp mill.
He was married three times. First to Anna Sprigel, next to Elizabeth 'Die Alt Betty' (unknown) with whom he had five children in Berks Co, and finally to Susannah Baer.
He passed in 1806. Buried in Allegheny Mennonite Cemetery, Alleghenyville, Pennsylvania. [1]
