Biography
Elizabeth Baxter was born in 1801, the daughter of William Baxter and Elizabeth Brampton (Brinton / Brampton / Brumpton). Elizabeth married Elisha Watkins on June 28, 1821, in Howard County, Missouri; from this union, two children were born. She passed away in 1835.[1]
