Biography
Edward & Eunice Baxter's son Elijah was born in 1801. He was the son of Edward Baxter.
Edward Willard Baxter (1756-1823), his father, is honored by the Daughters of the American Revolution for service: 1) CAPTS. JOHN HALL & EDMUND BILLINGS 2) COLS. PALMER & BASS.
