Martha was born on 10 Sep 1896 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of Peter Baxter and Helen Nisbet.[1]
She married John McLean on 9 Sep 1921 in Paisley. Martha was a soap packer and John was a grocer's assistant at this time.[2]
Martha died of heart failure on 8 Apr 1980 at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley. Her usual residence at this time was 26 McKerrell Street, Paisley.[3]
