Biography

Bertie was born on March 11, 1913 in Ozark County, Missouri and a son of Robert Baxter and Ada Totten. [1] [2] [3] He enlisted in the Army on November 28, 1942 and was discharged on May 15, 1943. [4] He passed away on January 27, 1999 in Ava, Douglas County, Missouri and buried in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Smallett, Douglas County, Missouri. [5]
