Biography

Mary Steuart Bayley was born in Calcutta in 1820, the daughter of Willam Butterworth Bayley, Esq., and Anne Augusta Jackson.^[1][2][3]

On the 29th February 1840, she married Bazett David Colvin in St George's, Hanover Square, London.^[4][5]

Issue of the marriage:

Mary Steuart Colvin née Bayley died at Herstmonceux, Sussex, on the 4th November 1902, aged eighty-one years.^[6][7][2]
